No weather man is God, and this why the possibility of predicting the weather in particular places in the world, such as Ecuador for example, is exceptionally difficult for one to actually do.
There are too may microclimates for one to even account for, this would be due to the extremely varied topography that has cause weather to change in varying ways and in neighboring geographical locations and so forth.
There is one particular generalization that can easily be made, and that would be because of the temperature, which usually is colder at higher altitudes.
