 You must have heard real estate agents often tell you to invest in places like Ecuador since land is cheap over there. This in fact might act as a repellent since we tend to think why is land so cheap over there? Let me dispel the myth and tell you that in actual practise it is not cheap but cheaper, hence you the the relative difference.  Once you reach Quito, you will realize that it is a city that cannot be visited for only a week. To discover it takes months, and you cannot possibly live inside the hotel room for a month or so without burning your wallets.The best location to live in is still an apartment like this one.
